For Easter, I conducted a second water polo fundraiser bake sale with chocolate, lavender and rose macarons. I'm getting the hang of making large batches of macarons, though making 200+ of these took me maybe about 8h!
The lavender macarons were meant to be blue.. but the coloring turned out greenish instead. I feel that lavender is an acquired taste, and I made it a tad too strong because I was having a stuffed nose and couldn't smell anything much when I was baking.
Thanks everyone for supporting the team once again! For the next and final bake sale, I'll be presenting a set of 8 rainbow colored macarons!
